Our Epoxy Regrouting Process

During an inspection, we identify the type of tile you have, evaluate your grout for damage and check for cracked, loose or drummy tiles. We may even perform a small surface test to confirm if epoxy is the right solution for your needs.

Full grout removal
Next, using a precision grout saw, we will remove the old material wall-to-wall. This may include joints that still look intact. We do this because a partial regrouting often fails when new grout is not able to form a reliable bond over deteriorated material.

Epoxy grout application
Once the existing grout has been removed, we carefully mix the resin and hardener before applying it in controlled sections.

Silicone joints and final clean
In the final stage of the process, our team apply flexible silicone at internal corners and wall-to-floor junctions to reduce the risk of the grout cracking due to movement. We complete the job by thoroughly cleaning the tiled surface elements to present a beautiful finish.
